CUCUMBER, ORANGE, AND CHIA FRAPPE

Makes 2 Servings

Ingredients

1 Large cucumber, peeled
2 Medium oranges, peeled
1 Fresh juice of lemon
1 Cup Filtered water
2 cups Ice OR 1 cup filtered water
2 tsp Chia seeds
Garnish: Cucumber slices

Directions

Place all of the ingredients, except the garnish in a high powered blender. Start on low, and then increase the speed to high. Blend until frothy. Add the chia and pulse to combine.
